Our worldwide mentorship program is dedicated to empowering women of diversity and disadvantage, to rise to their leadership potential. Our mentors around the world are in 10 Industry categories and are committed to sharing invaluable wisdom, practical tips, and personal experiences that will accelerate your progress on the journey of leadership, career, or business success.

How it works

Mentor Allocation

Mentees join our membership
complete an application form

WWS approves application

and matches the mentee to an acomplished global Mentor

2 Intakes of Mentees / year
March and September

Mentorship Engagement

The Mentoring Journey comprises a structured 9 month program commecing with an Onboarding and finishing with a Graduation. The Journey includes
minimum 8 mentoring sessions
attendance at 3 Peer Circle sessions
completing tools on the
SHEroes Academy
