Our work has been recognised internationally, finalist in the UNSDG Pioneer Awards, for our dedication to accelerating gender equity. Through our specialised mentorship programmes and strong community of women leaders, we are striving to close the global gender gap, which is currently projected to take 108 years to achieve.

Sahera Sumar is a global leadership consultant, working with women in leadership and women in business. She worked in the corporate environment for over 15 years across many different industries.
